How is the shipment done?
Our shipments are made through a private courier service.

When will I recive my order?
Spain (peninsula) and Balearic Islands: from 2 to 3 working days.
The indicated delivery times are for guidance and Kuko Studio will endeavor to respect them; However, in the case of a service offered by third parties, its delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or compensation.

IMPORTANT: are excluded from these terms any custom product and any product that in the text specifically indicate a different delivery time.

When will I receive my custom order?
In the maximum term that specifies each product in particular. Depending on the finishes, our products vary in the time of production.

If my order contains personalized and un-customized products, when will I receive my order?
In this case the shipment of ALL the order will be made when the custom product is prepared.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipments are made by private courier service. Shipping costs include 21% VAT, but no other fees, taxes, fees or surcharges.
Shipping to Peninsula and Balearic Islands: € 6.00 peninsula – € 8,42 Balearic Islands (package weight less than 2kg.)
Kuko Studio also makes shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

What happens if I am absent on the day of delivery?
If you are absent on the day of delivery, the transport company will try to locate you on the telephones you have indicated, to arrange another time to make the delivery or to facilitate the collection at your offices closest to the shipping address.
To ensure that you have your order remember to provide a shipping address and phone where you know with certainty that there will be someone to receive it.

Can I return my purchase?
The products marketed on our website, grant the right of return within seven (7) days after receipt of the order, as long as these are in perfect condition and are returned in their original packaging; After this deadline we can not accept returns.
In the event that the return is made for causes not attributable to Kuko Studio, the buyer will bear the expenses generated by this return.
If you are not completely satisfied or have changed your mind about the product within seven (7) days of receipt of the order you can request the return of the product, after notifying Kuko Studio; Having to return it to our warehouse to freight paid within its original packaging, complete and without having used it.
In case the product has been opened and you will detect a manufacturing defect or preparation error in the shipment (and only in these cases) Kuko Studio may authorize by e-mail the return to postage due, having to attach in the shipment a copy Of the authorization document. If the return of defective products is lawful, Kuko Studio will be responsible for shipping costs provided the buyer reports this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order. The buyer may choose to request a product in return for the return or request a payment of the amount paid (which will be done within a maximum period of 15 working days from the receipt of the product in our warehouses).

IMPORTANT: any PERSONALIZED product that has been custom made for a customer is excluded from this rule. (Eg custom sacks, bases with names and any pack that includes at least one custom product).
